The Debate Results

You either watched it or you didn't.

If you:

A: Didn't watch it

  • You don't care about the election.
  • Your vote is baked and nothing will change your mind.
  • You thought nothing would come of it.
B: Did watch it:
  • You thought that something big might happen and wanted to see it first.
  • You vote might be motivated by it.
  • You wanted to root for your guy or see how he handled it
I watched it.
I'm glad I did.
Trump won on points, but I'm biased.

Trump got in the laptop and "The Big Man" (which really should have been the "Big Guy").

"Who built the cages Joe?"

Trump was fairly restrained.

Joe checked his watch! ("Get me out of here!")

The moderator asked Joe some tough ones.

  1. I was glad to see when I googled laptop Biden there was stuff out there.... I do wish he had nailed Biden as to the laptop but for many this story has no history so I doubt many would get it that weren't following it. All in all a win for Trump IMO.

    1. "The Big Man" was a laptop reference.
I'm glad he got it in.

  2. I don't watch debates 'cause that doesn't influence my vote. Never been one for arguing or watching arguments, but that's because my father was a devil worshiping Leftist Progressive and evil to the core (they all are). Anyway, glad to hear that President Trump was on his game last night. He is a good man. I appreciate all he, and his family, are doing to save our Country.
Blessings to you and your family. :)

    1. I like a good debate, but I like my champion crushing his (our) attackers, even more :)

  3. What Sparky said. I plan to vote, but I won't base my decision on a 60 minute clown show and I have better things to do than to let my over all disgust with American politics raise my blood pressure. Biden is not far off the mark from how Sparky described her father. We should worry about our Republic if even 10,000 people show up to vote for Dopey Joe and his vile commie running mate.

    1. If Joe melted down, I wanted to see it :)
I still worry for our Republic as you say.

  4. 45b did well, like a restrained Godzilla. Biden came over as fake, hollow, scripted, desperate and corrupt.

    Bias? yes, toward the truth.

  5. I used to laugh at folks who said Trump was playing 3D chess, but now I'm one of them. I think he purposefully said "Big Man" instead of "Big Guy" hoping to bait Biden into yelling, "I'm the Big GUY!" could have happened. "Big Man" is more derisive while the other is complimentary. But Biden thought he was debating Lincoln, so it went right over his head.

    1. When he checked his watch, I wondered who else he was supposed to meet.
      His bag man?

  6. Yep, and the whole fracking/get rid of oil comments...

  7. While I could truthfully say that I probably should avoid protracted airings of Democrat lies due to blood pressure issues, I had a stack of college papers to review that I had not gotten to due to my other (tech writing) job.

    1. Still, I watched parts. Especially toward the point where Trump mentioned the "Big Man" and then Biden went on to say he would "transition from oil" because it pollutes.

My dad answered the door when a high school or college-age kid had become a green activist and was circulating a petition on air quality. In response, my dad said, "Do you know what that smells like to me? Jobs."
