Legal News

I interviewed a couple friends of mine regarding recent SCOTUS rulings and other court findings that influence our lives and regard our liberties.

First, Constitutional Professor and former Fed Judge (and Fed Prosecutor) William Wagner.
We talked about his book on the Federalist Papers (annotated) that just came out.
And SCOTUS cases that he filed amici briefs in.

Then I spoke with Dave Kallman of Kallman Legal Group and The Great Lakes justice Center. Dave was instrumental in the lawsuit attacking the Johnson Amendment.
And more.

  1. Interesting interview. I did not realize the Johnson Amendment was on the edge of extinction. Nor did I realize many news groups were non-profits.
