I wouldn't take long odds that she'd make it to trial to testify. The security camera will glitch, the guards will be on break, and she'll hang herself.
I think that it will take things that long to develop for Hillary and the vulnerable to see whether or not she'll turn rat with sufficient force to justify a drive-by shooting, auto accident, or food poisoning (sushi - puffer fish toxin or something like that)
