It’s Day 305 of the coup, the theft of the American Government, a government at war with you.
You who don’t bow down and worship Caesar, to make the government our God.
This is war.
We wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness.
This is war. And we must realize that it is a spiritual battle.
To fight this spiritual battle, you must follow the Lord of Hosts, the Lord of armies.
Blessed be the LORD my strength which teaches my hands to war, and my fingers to fight: My goodness, and my fortress; my high tower, and my deliverer; my shield, and he in whom I trust;
Let’s go to war.
Father, please lead us and guide us today and in the days to come,
Please give us the wisdom we need as we fight this assault on our nation. Please help us retake the government from these traitors and criminals. Please continue to awaken the American .
Please move mightily and either bring these oppressors to a place of repentance or imprisonment. Please encourage people to turn You for support and strength. Amen.
And Amen.
ReplyDeleteIsn't "the new math" sort of an indication of this "new" thinking?
Makes no sense to me at all. But there is a goal, and it takes new ways of thinking to reach it.
Big Brother loves us.
War is peace.
We see what is happening in Europe, with the mass uprisings over 100% vaxx mandates and lockdowns. I've heard it said that we lag them by 6 months. It will be interesting to see how many 'innoculateds' stand with us when it comes. Then again, we don't need them.
ReplyDeleteFirst, they came for the unmasked, but I was masked.
DeleteThen they came for the un"vax"'d....
As many people start waking up to the Critical Race Theory deeming all white people racists and all "people of color" as victims (or waking to the violence of the socialists), I think that this will open new doors for the gospel. As long as we present the message in both a logical and compassionate method, we will win many.
ReplyDeleteMark... data does not support your statement. Church membership and attendance is down across the US and that was true before many churches went online for Covid.
ReplyDeleteIn survey after survey, along with numbers from denominations across the country, we are seeing a roll back of Christianity in the US. Decisions for Christ from people not raised in the church, are at an all time low. Baptisms are down.
Think about it... how many people, not raised in the church or with prior church experience, have you seen accept Jesus in your church in the last 5 years?
And as researchers interview millennials and Gen Z people, the reasons we hear for their reluctance to enter a church or give their life to Jesus include apathy, hypocrisy, support of Trump and a failure of Christians to actually live a life that emulates their savior.
While you and I may differ on politics, we agree on Christ. And as a missions guy, what we are seeing happening to the church, and the inability to reach new people for Christ, is incredibly depressing and concerning.
I don't know what the solution is, but nothing we are seeing from data and research, much of it from churches and denominations themselves, says we are in a prolonged downturn, with no good news on the horizon.
