Never Another Female SCOTUS Justice

Supreme Court Orders Trump Admin to Follow Judge’s Order on Foreign Aid
The high court in a 5-4 decision declined to block a judge’s order to release $2 billion in foreign aid payments.

Justice Samuel Alito wrote a dissenting opinion that was joined by Justices Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, and Brett Kavanaugh.

Every female SCOTUS justice has been a disappointment.

  1. Now you've done it, that ought to get them going....but true, especially Barrett who appeared constitutionally competent. This is why one never gets in front of a jury, putting your life in the hands of people who may or may not have an agenda is a rather huge risk I am unwilling to take...because...common sense never prevails, instead emotions are the rule...and with enough Estrogen in the food supply many males exhibit similar behavior.

  2. Thanks for putting this out there by way of your show. I had heard nothing -- absolutely nothing -- on this ruling in the press. I guess they are too obsessed with the poor illegals getting deported or the latest misgendering or possibly some flatulent cow (bovine kind).

    1. Looks like I will have to wait a little longer to hear your comments on this. Nonetheless, thanks for the blog post on something blocked by most of the press.

    2. What happens if Trump ignores the court on this? Most of the press ignored the fact that Biden ignored the Supreme Court's multiple rulings that he could not forgive student loans (or make other decisions he just pushed on through).

Other than the fact that it could be reversed as soon as another lunatic (aka Democrat) gets elected to the presidency, what could happen?

    3. I flew to South Carolina Monday for work and had a late night dose of food poisoning. I've been out of it for the last two days.

  3. If Trump ignores the Supremes? I think that answer is what the world is waiting for.

  4. Off the top of my head I believe it's Jackson who appointed six Supreme Court judges and ignored a couple of their rulings.

    1. Yeah, Jackson did refuse to enforce a few rulings on some stubborn states. Different ball game today. This won’t be no Trail of Tears.
