Last night I watched a sea of faces.
Approximately half of those faces were joyous, happy and proud.
The other half looked disgusted, demented, sour and frankly, evil.
Those are the people that hate me. Those are the people who want to subject me and mine. And yours.
Those are the people that want to force me to get injections I don't need, to stay in my house, to drive an electric car I don't want, to keep me out of the parks and off the lakes while they enjoy them. To shut small businesses while pot and abortions are sold.
The ones who steal our children and grandchildren to indoctrinate them into perversion. Mutilating them if they can.
The ones who support death over life, paganism over Christianity, collectivism over freedom.
The ones who cannot stand for our heroes, applaud our gains or support citizen’s safety over illegal immigration.
I am their enemy.
And they are mine.
Amen, brother.
ReplyDeleteKeep up the good fight.

Thanks Freddie!
DeleteThe Dem Party is filled with seasoned politicians, and clearly in control enough to demand lockstep behavior. They simply could not be this tone deaf unless they wished to anger every American with any shred of gratitude for living in this country. WTF are they really up to? Given how lackluster have been the RINO squad running the RNC RNSC, could this somehow be a way to show Uniparty loyalty so as to gain more Left leaning concessions? I'm sorry for my skepticism, but somehow, someway, I fear preparation for a rug being out from under our hopes again.
ReplyDeleteTheir own hubris.
DeleteI think they just walked into a major self-own.
God is good.
I watched part of the State of the Union last night and went to sleep deeply disappointed.
ReplyDeleteThis isn’t about agreeing with the President. I’m not even going to talk about him. This is about how elected officials conduct themselves in the House chamber. There was a time when members of Congress could oppose an administration forcefully while still respecting the office and the moment. That line used to matter. It didn’t seem to matter last night.
When victims of violent crimes were recognized, including a young girl who survived something horrific, it didn’t appear that a single Democrat stood. The chamber split along party lines during a moment that should’ve transcended politics. Refusing to stand wasn’t a policy stance. It was a very unflattering statement.
Profanity displayed on clothing inside Congress (Talib) and broadcast nationwide was another choice. The House floor isn’t a protest rally or a campaign stage. It’s a formal seat of government. That space deserves seriousness. Watching it treated like a backdrop for defiance was embarrassingly disgusting.
Then there’s the keffiyeh. It being worn on the House floor (or anywhere within the US government) carried its own message. Symbols aren’t neutral. When a member of Congress chooses to wear a symbol widely associated with anti-Israel agitation while declining to stand for American victims, it raises legitimate questions and how it’s not being investigated is mind blowing. Jews are frequently pressed to prove loyalty, asked whether their allegiance lies here or elsewhere. Yet when an elected official signals solidarity with a foreign cause inside Congress, scrutiny disappears. The double standard is…despicable.
Public office requires clear allegiance to the United States. That expectation shouldn’t be controversial. When figures like Ilhan Omar, who was born abroad and regularly denounces the country she serves, sit in Congress, it’s reasonable for people to question priorities and loyalty. Representation carries responsibility.
Meanwhile, structural corruption continues to erode trust. Members of Congress arrive with modest wealth and leave with fortunes. Insider trading laws technically apply to lawmakers, but enforcement has been weak and loopholes remain. President Trump has proposed banning congressional stock trading outright, and that proposal has made one thing clear…if public service truly belongs to the public, members of Congress shouldn’t be trading individual stocks at all. The resistance to that idea says a lot.
What stood out most last night was the contrast in tone. On one side of the chamber there was visible appreciation for the country and for the people being honored. On the other, the posturing felt theatrical. It didn’t look like leadership. It looked like resentment.
For years now, I’ve watched what feels like the steady disintegration of the Democratic Party. This isn’t the party I once aligned myself with. It isn’t the party I defended or supported. There is no longer a center. Whatever this is, it’s louder, angrier, and confuses disruption with strength.
The disappointment is real. I expected better. I believed in better. What I saw last night didn’t reflect the seriousness, respect, or integrity that once defined the party I supported.
This is a major point.
DeleteIt's not your Daddy's Democratic party.
I am not disappointed. I expected nothing less.
I'm actually grateful that they displayed their affinity for lawlessness for all to see.
The cover is ripped off.
The SOTU was a turning point in the salvation of this nation.
My optimistic side agrees, but my rational side says Dominion machines are still in operation and the details of how insidious should be an open book now that we've gotten some handle on Venezuela. But not a peep from the DOJ nor DJT himself. The continued existence of that firm and its respectability remain a major threat to the midterm results.
DeleteI hope there's something going on in the background.
DeleteTrump certainly accused them of cheating at the SOTU.
Interviewing Pat Colbeck tomorrow.
Well said, sir

Thanks Joe!
Delete“ I am their enemy.
ReplyDeleteAnd they are mine.”
This is the strategy of Trump I’ve been saying all along. While they loot the country and transfer the wealth upward, the concept isn’t to fight the people who’ve taken to the streets with torches and pitchforks. The game plan was to convince the pitchfork people that the torch people are wanting to take away their pitchforks.
I'm not buying any of that.
DeleteThat's delusional TDS fever dream speaking.
The left has been robbing this country for years. Destroying us with their woke DEI. Forcing us to mandate CO2 emissions to decrease, killing jobs, forcing us to recognize paganism and immorality and depravity as normal. Sending all our money to China. To hell with all of that.
The lines are drawn. We'll have none of it.
Exactly Ed. It’s those leftest woke CRT monsters that hide under our children’s beds and comes out at night to give them a jab that turns them gay.
DeleteI don’t know that we could ever meet in the middle but one thing to support my original argument is that when we clear through the fog, billionaires seem to be doing quite well as the woke madness continues. The working class? Not so much.
Boy , if that doesn't sound like it came out of Das Kapital....
DeletePeace comes through strength and that;s what Trump is. How well did Obama the Ass kisser deal with Iran. They won't be Chanting "Death to America" for a very long time now! Remember his sending them an Airplane full of Cash! They made a complete fool out of him. BIden was already a fool. Trump is taking care of business the only way and we will have peace in the middle east
ReplyDeleteThe Democrats are crazy that explains everything
Exactly!
