Constitutional Professor Will Wagner and I discuss the recent Supreme Court hearing on Birthright Citizenship and the 14th Amendment.

This is probably the clearest analysis you will hear of the issue.

Then Will came back to continue a discussion of recent Supreme Court activity including some of the briefs he has filed.

  1. I loved "pray for them because there may be other people praying for them too." Sometimes that's hard, but it's an instruction from HQ!

  2. Speaking of the non-stop talk-san-action about "election integrity" do you remember Obama's election commission recommended jurisdictions allocate funds to make sure there were no long lines at polling stations? 2014. Wellsir, in California we have 80% FEWER polls than when that was recommended. Yes, we know they have mail-in ballots and drop off locations, and year long voting locations. BUT California Dems know it's Republicans who go in person on election day to vote. And they're making it hard, to discourage them voting.

    1. It almost sounds like some sort of plan or something to deter the vote, but I don't want to sound conspiratorial.
