Obama said...

that he'd normalize relations with the Middle East and the muslim world.
That his muslim upbringing had prepared him for this.

Shouldn't he add his personal charismatic touch and go stand in front of an embassy and talk to the protesting crowds?

Without the barrier of secret service "protection" (or Marines without bullets for that matter) that would insulate the crowd from his appeal to them?

Please?

  1. Obama has the unique perspective of believing people care what he says. In the Middle East, bold statements require bold actions, which Obama can't find the time to accomplish between golf, campaigning and going to his office to take a nap.

I guess he could call his cabinet for info, but he'd have to catch them between photo ops, bureaucratic meddling and the general day to day activities of fine tuning incompetence to perfection.
