But we'll never have Paris

The most important thing about Trump dumping the Paris Agreement is that it was a restoration of the rule of law.

King Obama signed the agreement without ratification by the Senate because he knew it would never be accepted, ratified, by the representative government of the nation, as required by the Constitution.

Death to the king.

The Rule of Law, not the Law of Rule.

  1. Keep unraveling that obama buffoon's legacy and driving the looney left nuts. Of course, obama already has delivered pallets of cash for this wealth redistribution scheme.

  2. I ask because I don't know....but does a non-binding agreement have to be ratified by the Senate?

    1. No, but the 5th and 9th circuit would treat it as a treaty or binding.
Agreements with that kind of price tag should not be at the ehim of the president.
If it's non-binding, and it is, why the howl when we say we're out?

    2. Well, the howlers don't want to general public to realize that it's non-binding. Takes some of the shine off of their tirade.
