Impeachment News.

SCOTUS Chief Justice John Roberts will not preside over the Trump impeachment scam.

He is required to preside over a Senate Trial of impeachment of the president.

Maybe he knows something the dems don't know.

Like: it's not a lawful proceeding.
Gee, I wonder what happens if a suit comes from Trump over this to the SCOTUS?

Senator Patrick Leahy has usurped the position promising a "special oath" to be non-partial in this mockery of constitutional activity. (Like, "I promise not to be a partisan hack despite all expectations?").

A pinky swear?

War is a Racket

General Smedley Butler, not Mustang

A discussion with Mustang predicated by Donald J Trump's farewell speech in which he declares (as others have) that he is (was) the first president in years to preside over a term with no new wars and a reduction of troops abroad. That made me think of  USMC General Smedley Butler's work, "War Is A Racket".

We talk about that, too.

Of course, Pretender-in-Chief Xi Biden will get us back on track shortly.

Bidens 11

I'm pitching a plot for a heist movie.

A bunch of international thieves decide to capture and loot a country.

Think "The Dogs of War."

The intent is to loot the national treasury.

Think "Ocean's Eleven". Ya with me?

It's a deep plot. It involves corrupting local politicians, hacking software ("Sneakers"), putting up a smokescreen to cover the theft.

Now, if there's any chance of the job being exposed, send in the lawyers, and better, buy off judges to deny access to the courts.

Just as the plot is about to be exposed, stage a riot that distracts everyone from paying attention and then blame the victims for the riot!

And all the while depict the thieves as the good guys, the Robin Hoods (remember "Robin and the Seven Hoods"?).

I know it's a stretch, but if it's done right it could be made believable.
The audience suspends their disbelief all the time.
I mean, these people thought Hillary Clinton was a saint, right?

We're talking boffo box office here!

So whataya say, boobala? Ya in?
How much can I put you down for?

And the Audience Called "Fraud!"

A little hint of pride here. I've received many messages on this show, expressing how informative and helpful it is. Mission accomplished!

Show Notes

Thank you, Derek Stone, Producer Extraordinaire!

Good Afternoon and welcome to Your American Heritage.
Saving the Republic, One broadcast at a time.

Grab a beverage of your choice, mine is coffefve, beverage of presidents, and let’s get started.

Speaking of presidents:

My wife Scherie and I also offer our warmest Christmas wishes for you and your families.
May God also give us a Happy New Year and that 2021 will be a much better year than this and see the second term of Donald J Trump as president.

The number is: 734-822-1600  Hold off for a bit, ok?

I don’t know if you’re like me or not. Are you numb yet?

Blood pressure alert!

Well, there are two major, intertwined threads that are influencing our lives these days, threatening our basic liberties and rights on a scale imagined only by George Orwell and George Soros.
Covid Fraud and Voter Fraud. And now it seems that besides China instigating Covid, it has a huge hand in the election fraud, and the first paved the way for the second.
There’s one guy I know who has been on both threats, and that’s our guest today,
William M. Briggs. the Statistician to the Stars!, is an author, philosopher and scientist.
He earned his PhD from Cornell University in statistics.
He studies the philosophy of science, the use and misuses of uncertainty, the corruption of science, and the uselessness of most predictions. He began life as a cryptologist for the Air Force, slipped into weather and climate forecasting, and matured into an epistemologist. He writes at wmbriggs.com.
Matt is a co-author of The Price of Panic: How the Tyranny of Experts Turneda Pandemic into a Catastrophe
available in all fine bookstores, those that remain and of course, Amazon
And I was reading the lawsuit brought by Sydney Powell in Georgia and on the very first page is a reference to her star witness and it’s William M. Briggs!
What I like about Matt is that he is a committed Christian, so I trust him. A man in whom is no guile. And he’s been busy.

Hi Matt. Is it Dr. Matt?  Honorifics vs titles?  Attorney Jones. Doctor Mengeles, Pastor Jones,  points to profession.

Go to church! Make it your symbol of resistance!

The vaccinations are here! The Vaccinations are here! Is that good or bad?
Trump has bragging rights on bringing the vax’s. Is that something to brag about?

Pandemic lockdown closed 32% of Michigan businesses, highest of all states in U.S. Nationally, government-enforced lockdowns closed 19% of businesses, as reported by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics based on private-sector data compiled between July 20 and Sept. 30. The BLS notes Michigan was followed closely by Pennsylvania (30%); Washington (27%); Vermont, Hawaii and New York (26%).

Political Considerations of doing the right thing.

Why only 200 vote frauds?
Michigan State Police have arrested a recently celebrated Democratic Party official on several felony charges related to voter discrepancies. Sherikia Hawkins, 38, city clerk for the city of Southfield, was arrested Monday after the Oakland County Clerk’s office noticed discrepancies in voter counts while certifying absentee ballots from Southfield. State police investigated and found that records had been altered so that nearly 200 voter files were improperly listed as invalid.

Trump lost Wisconsin by 20,000 votes.
There was a recount and Biden gained about 100 more votes.
But as James Troupis points out, more than 200,000 votes were tainted.

The Great Raid?

This is the way I lay out a show. In lieu of a blog post, this is what you get.

The show can be, and should be, heard here: You know, here.
Do what you will.

I got a lot of compliments on it. and my mom's been dead for years, so it wasn't her. I think she voted for Biden, though. Hard to tell with secret ballots.

Your American Heritage November 14, 2020 Show Notes

Thank you, Derek Stone, Producer Extraordinaire!

Good Afternoon and welcome to Your American Heritage.

Grab a beverage of your choice, mine is coffefve, (the drink of Presidents!) and let’s get started.

Pray for the Republic.

I have a number of things I want to say about the election, but I’m going to have to save that for the second half of the show. Last night I had my son and grandkids over for dinner. We had takeout from Big Sky Diner and they loved it.

My original intent was to co-host this show with Professor William Wagner of Salt and Light Global and the Great Lakes Justice Center. After a bit of discussion, Bill decided he could not commit to the time constraints of a weekly show.

That organization speaks to and has the same concerns I do, and I bet you do also.

Defending our culture and our rights. Support them financially.

My wife and I decided to continue and do the show regardless. It’s our mission, similar to theirs.

And once when I asked Professor Wagner to come on and comment about a legal issue regarding Covid/Gretchen, he said he was busy and suggested David Kallman of the same organizations.

I told my son who my guest would be today, and he said something that had occurred to me earlier in the day:

“You should rename the show, the David Kallman Show”.

Dave has been representing the complainants concerning the “election irregularities”. That’s a euphemism for fraud.

I was thrilled to see him recently on Lou Dodds and with Shannon Breem on Fox Business.

I contacted Dave and asked him to come on make it clear to us what was going on and he kindly agreed to decline doing the Tucker Carlson show and appear here instead.

So without further adieu, welcome to the David Kallman Show.

Second Half:

Sean Connery dies.

Suppose there was a secret organization out to take over and remake the world.

The world. Listen to Chuck Schumer about the Georgia election.

Schumer Uber Alles Clip

We know from the movies that there will be a guy heading the organization, sitting in a chair, wearing a gray uniform, stroking his cat and plotting, moving underlings to do his will. Ernst Stavros Blofeld

What if the plot wasn’t to blackmail the world with stolen nukes, or wasn’t to set up a space station, or wasn’t to rob Fort Knox.?

What if it was to steal America?

Holmes on Moriarity

“The greatest schemer of all time, the organizer of every devilry, the controlling brain of the underworld, a brain which might have made or marred the destiny of nations—that's the man! But so aloof is he from general suspicion, so immune from criticism, so admirable in his management and self-effacement, that for those very words that you have uttered, he could hale you to a court and emerge with your year's pension as a solatium for his wounded character. [...] Foul-mouthed doctor and slandered professor—such would be your respective roles! That's genius, Watson.”

Audio Clip Biden Voter Fraud.

Plausible Deniability. Biden knows nothing.

Trump fires Mark Esper, names Christopher Miller as new Defense Secretary. Why?

Dominion Software

Giuliani clip

Sydney Powell (General Michael Flynn’s attorney) on Lou Dobbs clip.

Gateway Pundit.

From our source: The US government, once they determined that this Dominion server was involved in switching votes, then the intelligence community began a search for the server and discovered that the server was in Germany. In order to get access to that server and have it available for use in a legal manner they had to have the State Department work in tandem with the Department of Justice. They had to request that the government of Germany cooperate in allowing this seizure of this server.

The appropriate documents required to affect that kind of seizure were put in place, signed off on, and it appears there was also US military support in this operation. The US military was not in the lead. But this helps explain why Esper was fired and Miller and Kash Patel were put in place — so that the military would not interfere with the operation in any way.

Alito

The Constitution states that state legislatures determine the method of selection of electors.

The State legislature of Pa allowed mail in voting with the provision that votes be in by 8pm>

The governor extended it and a state court ruled for him. The SCOTUS refused the case.

The Debate Results

You either watched it or you didn't.

If you:

A: Didn't watch it

  • You don't care about the election.
  • Your vote is baked and nothing will change your mind.
  • You thought nothing would come of it.
B: Did watch it:
  • You thought that something big might happen and wanted to see it first.
  • You vote might be motivated by it.
  • You wanted to root for your guy or see how he handled it
I watched it.
I'm glad I did.
Trump won on points, but I'm biased.

Trump got in the laptop and "The Big Man" (which really should have been the "Big Guy").

"Who built the cages Joe?"

Trump was fairly restrained.

Joe checked his watch! ("Get me out of here!")

The moderator asked Joe some tough ones.

Was Flynn Unmasked?

At about the 43 minute mark, this gets real interesting.

Dan Bongino is making a case that Flynn wasn't unmasked.

Provides testimony and dates.

Flynn was targeted. Not a byproduct.

Either our IC did it or a foreign agency that gave it to the Obama team, which is using unmasking to cover up.

Makes a good case.

That is REALLY against the law.

Above His Pay Grade

I thought he made a lot of money already.
Probably swore an oath to protect the Constitution.
Might have heard of it anyway.
You know, the charter of the Republic?
The New Jersey Governor tells Tucker Carlson that the First Amendment is "above his pay grade".

Speaking of Dictator Governors:

I can't vouch for this, it was posted in a FB group I belong to.
But the poster claims to be only once removed from the conversation.

Evaluating the Crisis Response

Here's a question:

If the media is manipulating the story on Covid (empty beds, excess ventilators, hype, etc.),

If Fauci is not to be trusted (the models are off, we won't be done until not one more death),

If this is a big government over-reach (and I believe it is, but mostly at the state/local level),

How does this affect your opinion of President Trump?

Is he hostage to it? Can he politically challenge some of the decisions for the sake of the country?

I was just hoping for some perspectives on this.

Barr, Trump and Stone

So:
I can protest, tweet and post about Roger Stone's mistreatment by liberal prosecutors and judge.

You can protest, tweet and post about Roger Stone's mistreatment by liberal prosecutors and judge.

But President Trump cannot protest, tweet and post about Roger Stone's mistreatment by liberal prosecutors and judge.

When did he lose his first amendment right to speak out against injustice?

Would the left rather he direct Barr to resolve the issue?

Kicked Out of Iraq?

Okay.
Say we get asked to leave Iraq.
Iraq puts a lot of oil on the market.
Iran, not so much, due to the sanctions.
Will Iran take control of Iraq?

If Iraq becomes an Iranian subsidy, do the oil profits go to Iraq or Iran?
Has the Iraqi Parliament considered this?

If those revenues go to Iran, watch the sanctions get expanded to Iraq.
Not a smart move for those Iraqi Parliament members next election.

It would also affect global oil prices. Does that hurt America? Our allies?
Or would the Sauds increase production (my guess)?

I doubt Iran is going to be allowed to skirt sanctions by laundering money through Iraq.

So. Maybe Iraq goes full sovereign, rejects Iran (and us) and life goes on.
Iran stays constrained on a global scale.
Iraq may become an overt radical Islamic nation but isolated.
Maybe they go back to opposing Iran like they did under Saddam.

We can only hope.
I lied.
We can pray.

Impeach 45!

Let me get this straight.

Schiff, Pelosi, et al (the Democratic National Committee) want to impeach President Trump because they think he was using the resources of the US Government to damage a political rival.

But their trying to impeach President Trump (over anything they want to) because he is a political rival, using the full resources of the US Government is OK?

WhistleBlowing

Why would we automatically bestow the mantle of saint on the person who dons the mantle of whistle blower?

When somebody betrays the trust placed on them by their employer without quitting that employer in disgust, what makes their activity unchallengeable?

When somebody passes on information they overheard to the whistleblower in the interest of defaming the one who was overheard, why is that not espionage?

Why should they not be sought ought and terminated?
Their employment, that is.

The New York Times Two-Step

"In a transcript of the newspaper’s crisis town-hall meeting, executive editor Dean Baquet grapples with a restive staff and outside scrutiny."

Read it here: https://slate.com/news-and-politics/2019/08/new-york-times-meeting-transcript.html

I'm disappointed the audio is not available.
Baquet, at times, seems to want to be a little more fair-minded, but sees the knives out for him should he not relentlessly pursue Trump with charges of "Racism!", much less vilifying America as a racism based culture.

I'm surprised Slate printed this, but they probably did it to keep Baquet in line.
Yet it exposes the bias of the elite media against non-elites.

At this point, complaining about media behavior is almost pathetic.
Like beating your head against a wall to make a point.
They are what they are.
Their readers expect them to be that way and will not tolerate less.
There is little recourse to this behavior except to counter with the real news.
I simply don’t understand, though, why defamation, either libel or slander, is tolerated by our judicial system.
“Trump is a racist”.
Freedom of speech is one thing, this is a totally different thing.
There is only one other means to demand honor, and that too is frowned on.

Send Her Back

I have something to say about the outrage over the Trump rally crowd chanting "Send Her Back!"

Send Her Back!

Send Her Back!

Send Her Back!

Ilhan Omar is most probably a perpetrator of election fraud.

I've been following this on Powerline Blog for a few months now.

I haven't been posting anything on it previously because so many other good sources are out there, and in this particular case, there is so much not previously explained clearly.

Now it is.

She came to this country fraudulently under an assumed name (Omar).
Her brother (of course, now with a different clan name) had escaped Somalia to England.
She married her brother in England so that he could come to this country fraudulently.

Everything else, the tax fraud, the bogus marriages, is bonus.

She doesn't belong here, much less in Congress.

I wonder who coached her in this fraudulent activity.

Send her back.

Away With Black Robed Tyrants!

How in heavens name does a lower court judge outweigh the opinion of the President of the United States and his Attorney-General?

I am reminded of Joseph Stalin being told that the Pope opposed his plans.

“How many divisions does the Pope of Rome have?”

There is no reason Constitutionally for the President to follow the demands of these judges.

Seriously.

This is not a Constitutional question.

This has nothing to do with legislation.

This is a political battle.

How many divisions does the United States District Judge Jesse M. Furman have?

History, as you know, shows the previous acceptance of asking citizenship, alongside "What color are you", "How many toilets do you have?", etc.

Last Saturday I asked William Federer, the historian, what his opinion on the matter was.

He wisely agreed with me :)

You can listen here.

Congress Approves Infinite amount of time DJ Trump can remain as president.

I know. You're busy. You have other things to do. Like wash your hair.
Well, you can listen to this while you wash your hair.

Just thinking of you.

My best line:
Trump is asked to tell Putin to not meddle in our elections, so he turns to Putin and says "Don't meddle.".
The press goes ballistic.
Trump did exactly what I would have.
I'd have added, "Tell Medvedyev I will have more flexibility after the election."

Radio Show

Yesterdays show if you're interested.

"Join hosts Gary Wellings and Ed Bonderenka as they discuss the Mexico deal on stopping illegal immigration in order to prevent tariffs, Joe Biden’s campaign and news of the week"

and more.

Informative, educational and promotes good health!

Entertaining, zero fat, no calories, gluten-free and no GMOs!
Just insert in your ear.

Also:

We have two tactics for stemming illegal immigration.
A. Build a wall and change asylum law.
B. Give huge amounts of American taxpayer dollars to foreign nations so their citizens don't want to come here. (The proponents of "B" insist it's the rational policy).

Which do you think is rational?
