Good Afternoon and welcome to Your American Heritage where we talk about the two things you’re not supposed to: Religion and Politics.  
My name is Ed Bonderenka, and I’m not your fluffy Insurrectionist.

Please fasten your seatbelts and stow any Left wing philosophy in the trash bin of history.

How was the legitimate president of the United States removed from office?
How did the Biden administration rise to power?
How could an incumbent president be unseated. Remember. Incumbents always have the advantage.
And the economy is usually the measure of the probability of re-election.
President Donald J Trump had a booming economy.
My cousin sent me a picture from last year.

Gas prices were low, work was returning to this country.
China’s threat to us was being challenged. We were at peace, North Korea was no longer threatening war.
The Middle east was standing in line to sign the Abrahamic Accords, the Middle East peace treaties that John Kerry said could never happen. 

All this, despite a relentless attack by the Left on Trump.
You know all this. You were there. You were there on election night where Trump was ahead when you went to bed.
People we’ve had on this show saw the election fraud with their own eyes or were part of the investigation of it.
People like Pat Colbeck and Matt Briggs.
How did it come to this?
First there had to be something that would bring this country to a halt. Something that would shake faith in the leadership of the country. Of course, the repeated attempts at impeachment were a part of that process.
and that wasn’t working. But to some extent, it did work. Part of the goal was to delegitimize the duly elected administration of Donald Trump. To remove some of the shine.
Then there had to be a reason to change the way we hold elections. There needed to be a motive to do this.
That came in the form of a virus that (surprise!) came from a laboratory in communist China whose purpose was to weaponize viruses, euphemistically called “Gain of function”. You know what gain of function means right? It is the weaponization of the virus. If its function is to make people sick, gain of function makes it worse.
And this was funded by Fauci, the guy who was supposed to get us through the crisis. An ally of China.
Remember, and I’m sure you do, China was and is the biggest threat to the United States, not White Extremists.
Communist China and it’s economy was the geopolitical entity most threatened by the policies of Donald J Trump.
Remember the posturing of Congressman Eric Swalwell that President Donald Trump was an agent of Russia?
 If there was concern with Trump being influenced by Russia, which had been totally debunked, why did the media not protest Swalwell’s office (and bedroom) being infiltrated by a proven Chinese spy.
Like the media did not protest about Dianne Feinstein’s Chinese spy (and chauffeur) of twenty years?
Why did Pelosi still support him and his position on the sensitive intelligence committee?
Now we come to the election, which was demonstrably twisted from any resemblance to a Constitutional election.
Sure, we still had the Electoral College. That has not been removed. Yet.
But so many electoral processes were distorted in unconstitutional manners that many states by any right should never have had their votes certified. You know this. I’m just re-capping.
State Legislatures are to determine the process by which a state selects it’s electors to the college. Tim Crider, author of The Electoral College for Patriot’s, has been on this show to explain it to us. Instead, governors and secretaries of state usurped power to themselves to dictate how the elections would be twisted due to the ChiVi menace. Twisted to allow the fraudulent voting that took place.

So fast forward to January sixth. You know, when elements of “white extremist” parties attempted to overthrow the duly elected government of the United States. You know, the Trump administration that was still in power at the time.
How does that even make any sense?
You know, the insurrection where the capitol Police held the doors open for the rioters and invited them in, admonishing them to continue peacefully.

So now we have an administration that surrounds itself by barbed wire and armed troops.
That insists that the greatest threat to the Republic is White Extremists.
That is seeking and imprisoning people who were tangentially involved or merely present in D.C. on Jan 6^th.
The military is being cleansed and emasculated.
Now Biden is threatening the people of this country with his control of F15s and nuclear weapons. 

Pay careful attention: The google summary of MacBeth the Shakespearean tragedy:

"Encouraged by his wife (Jill?), Macbeth kills the king, becomes the new king, and kills more people out of paranoia. Civil war erupts to overthrow Macbeth, resulting in more death."

We are in a civil war. It has started. Be not deceived. Your government is opposed to you. It is afraid of you.
Be worthy of that respect. Make a plan to make a stand. Where you will draw the line.
A government that supposedly was elected by the huge turnout for Biden should not feel so threatened by the populace.
Dick Cupcka was talking about this on his show, Trigger Talk, earlier.

Our government is moving against us, removing our civil liberties, dividing us along racial and cultural lines.

This is a serious charge, but I can’t come to any other conclusion. Tell me anything this administration has done for this country.
States in the south are banding together for the defense of the border that the federal government refuses to do. 
This can’t end well on it’s current course.

Matt has a PhD in statistics from Cornell University. He is the author of Uncertainty: The Soul of Modeling, Probability & Statistics and the author or coauthor of over one hundred scientific papers.

HR1: For The People?

 How to Steal an Election in Just a Few Easy Steps.

Many of these easy tips have been proven effective in just the last presidential election alone.
Let’s examine (or re-examine if you please) how to steal an election.

·         Register Voters Online
SEC. 1001. REQUIRING AVAILABILITY OF INTERNET FOR VOTER REGISTRATION.
Because the Internet is so secure. And we won’t need any of those racist voter ID requirements.
“A State may not require an individual to provide any form of identification as a condition of obtaining an absentee ballot,”

·         Prevent election officials cleaning voter rolls, removing dead people or those who have moved away, or make it difficult to do so.
HR1 SEC. 1041 “Requiring Completion Of Cross-Checks Not Later Than 6 Months Prior To Election.”
Among other restrictions.
So, if you’re going to do a same day registration, there will be no ability to cross-check?

·         Speaking of Same Day Registration
HR1 SEC. 1031 ““(1) REGISTRATION.—Each State shall permit any eligible individual on the day of a Federal election and on any day when voting, including early voting, is permitted for a Federal election”
Overwhelm the system. There is no way to validate the registration before allowing the ballot submission.

·         One wonders why Same Day Registration is necessary with
SEC. 1012. AUTOMATIC REGISTRATION OF ELIGIBLE INDIVIDUALS.
“The term “automatic registration” means a system that registers an individual to vote in elections for Federal office in a State, if eligible, by electronically transferring the information necessary for registration from government agencies to election officials of the State so that, unless the individual affirmatively declines to be registered, the individual will be registered to vote in such elections.”
Once again, what could go wrong? Well, what happens when a municipality allows voting by non-citizens in local elections and that “eligibility” gets transferred to federal voting?

·         Encourage kids to get involved with registration What could go wrong?
SEC. 1091. PILOT PROGRAM FOR PROVIDING VOTER REGISTRATION INFORMATION TO SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENTS PRIOR TO GRADUATION.
SEC. 1094. Acceptance of voter registration applications from individuals under 18 years of age.
“(1) IN GENERAL.—A State may not refuse to accept or process an individual’s application to register to vote in elections for Federal office on the grounds that the individual is under 18 years of age at the time the individual submits the application, so long as the individual is at least 16 years of age at such time.”
Remember, these kids are still under the fresh impression of the Government Indoctrination System, the public schools and their leftist teaching staff.
SEC. 1054. GRANTS TO STATES FOR ACTIVITIES TO ENCOURAGE INVOLVEMENT OF MINORS IN ELECTION ACTIVITIES.
Why?

·         Prevent or retard checking the veracity of voting registration
SEC. 1201. VOTER CAGING AND OTHER QUESTIONABLE CHALLENGES PROHIBITED.
From Wikipedia: Voter caging involves challenging the registration status of voters and calling into question the legality of allowing them to vote. Sometimes, it involves sending mail directly to the addresses of registered voters and compiling a list of addressees from which the mail is returned undelivered. If the mail is returned, it is seen as proof that the person does not live at the targeted address.

·         Allow a place to drop off completed ballots
SEC. 1907. REQUIRING STATES TO PROVIDE SECURED DROP BOXES FOR VOTED ABSENTEE BALLOTS IN ELECTIONS FOR FEDERAL OFFICE.
This is the equivalent of ballot harvesting. Party workers can collect (and influence the marking of) ballots, collect them (edit them?) and then drop them off. Remember the fire bombing of drop boxes, disenfranchising those who used them?

·         Mask Voter Registration
SEC. 1056. REQUIRING STATES TO ESTABLISH AND OPERATE VOTER PRIVACY PROGRAMS.
Currently, I can go online and see all the registered voters in my neighborhood, past and present. I can also see people listed who I know no longer live there, including people no longer in my own household.
This is supposedly being done to protect victims of sexual abuse, etc…

·         Unlimited Mail In Voting

SEC. 1007. PERMITTING VOTER REGISTRATION APPLICATION FORM TO SERVE AS APPLICATION FOR ABSENTEE BALLOT.
Because unlimited mail in voting worked so well last time.
SEC. 1621. VOTING BY MAIL.

·         Gives the federal government authority to administer elections:
“Congress finds that it has broad authority to regulate the time, place, and manner of congressional elections under the Elections Clause of the Constitution, Article I, section 4.” “The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators.”
It is true that the Constitution allows the Congress to regulate election methods for federal office other than the presidency.
How confusing would it be that HR1 would affect voting in presidential election years, but that same election practice would be invalid for the selection of the top offices on the ticket, the POTUS and VPOTUS slots?
So the state legislature by the Constitution is the only authority for selecting the method of voting for the presidency.
Are we going to have two different election processes and ballots for The Presidential Race and all the other offices?

Well, I’m sure I missed a few things. But this should be enough to motivate the electorate to rally against their senators approving this legislative overreach.

The Original Redemption Center

 When I was a kid, whenever you bought groceries or gasoline, you were given a sheet of what looked like postage stamps. Trading Stamps. These were typically S&H Green Stamps, a marketing ploy of two gentlemen, Sperry and Hutchinson. Hutchinson actually lived here in Ypsilanti, Michigan (not to be confused with Ypsilanti, North Dakota, a frequent mistake) .

Hutchinson built the finest house in town (to this day I believe).

It's a fascinating story.

The stamps would be pasted in books. Typically that was the job for the children in the family (like me).
When the books were filled, they would be taken to a store called a Redemption Center, where the stamps could be redeemed for objects (think of the prizes at Chuck E Cheese) like toasters, blankets, lamps, etc.
I always wondered why they were called redemption centers. Why not trading centers?

This morning, it occurred to me that the American Populace at the time was very familiar with the term Redemption from having heard it at church. Was it marketing genius to use that word association?

Redemption in the church is where you take your relatively worthless life and trade it with God for a shiny new, better life, with an unlimited warranty. Guaranteed by the Full Faith and Credit of Jesus Christ who paid for the trade on the cross.

That makes this the original Redemption Center.

Joining us today is Peter W Wood,
(Not to be confused with Peter H Wood!: "I am sorry to say that I am NOT that Peter Wood, so I suspect you would not want me on your show.  In contrast, I am a serious and professionally trained historian of early America, now retired.")

Peter W Wood is the President of the National Association of Scholars. Dr. Wood is an anthropologist January 2009. Before that he served as executive director (2007-2008), and as provost of The King’s College in New York City (2005-2007).

Dr. Wood was a tenured member of the Anthropology Department at Boston University, where he also held a variety of administrative positions, including associate provost and president’s chief of staff.

He received his Ph.D. in anthropology in 1987 from the University of Rochester. His undergraduate degree is from Haverford College (1975) and he has a master’s degree in library science from Rutgers University (1977).

Dr. Wood is the author of A Bee in the Mouth: Anger in America Now (Encounter Books, 2007) and of Diversity: The Invention of a Concept (Encounter Books, 2003) which won the Caldwell Award for Leadership in Higher Education from the John Locke Foundation. These books extend his anthropological interest in examining emergent themes in modern American culture. And most recently 1620: A Critical Response to the 1619 Project

In addition to his scholarly work, Dr. Wood has published several hundred articles in print and online journals, such as Partisan Review and National Review Online, and the Chronicle of Higher Education.

1620: A Critical Response to the 1619 Project:

“Nikole Hannah-Jones, the project’s chief editor and lead writer, received a Pulitzer Prize for her efforts, and the Pulitzer Center partnered with the Times to roll out a 1619 curriculum suitable for the nation’s schools.”

The nation's template was The Plymouth Colony (1620) , not Jamestown (1619).
Massachusetts's Bay Colony was slave free.
The slaves landed at Jamestown were bartered off as slaves by the pirates, but were treated as indentured servants by Jamestown as chattel slavery had not beeen established yet. 

The Reichstag Fire

 In 1933, agents of Adolph Hitler, shortly after being elected Chancellor of Germany, if you want to call that an election, had the home of the German legislature, The Reichstag, burned.

Then he blamed the damage to that nation's capitol building on the communists, justifying his attack on his political rivals, the communists.

In 2021, agents of the left placed Antifa elements at a Trump Rally (that was by all accounts a "mostly peaceful" protest) breached and attacked the capitol building of the United States federal government.

It appears that they managed to motivate some earnest Trump supporters, who were agitated over the theft of the election and the fecklessness of the government to act on the behalf of constitutional processes, to join them in entering and destroying property in the capitol building.

It seems they would have done better to loot liquor stores and Walmarts, but they did not.

There is video of police accompanying Antifa buses to the scene.
There is video of police opening the barricades and inviting the crowd to enter the "people's house".

I have personally talked to eye-witnesses and also heard testimony (only once removed) describing the Antifa members on radios and phone directing the incursion.

A couple of witnesses and I discussed this on my radio show this afternoon. You should listen. 

So now, Biden can excoriate all Trump supporters as criminals.

And any attempt to expose the fraudulent certification of electoral college votes is dismissed summarily.

Voices are silenced and marginalized:

As to mobs and action/reaction and response? Americans sit and boil in the pot because of our tradition of going through the courts. And the courts are corrupt. 

"If only Stalin knew."  But Stalin knew. Americans haven't caught on yet.

With all this focus of a bunch of people attacking a building, and that was wrong, the real desecration of the Capitol is ongoing.  

Only the desecration looks so Statesmanlike as it steals our nation.

Good things about 2020: We got Amy Coney Barrett, gained seats in the House and more state governments and eradicated the flu.

I have two New Years Resolutions I’d like to share.
        A. Just say NO:  No to masks. To lockdowns. To Biden
        B. “they won’t take me alive.”

Let’s review the mandate of the show:
        A. Examine current events in the light of our Biblical and American Heritage.
        B. And what do we do in response?

Our American Heritage is often reflected in our cinema, particularly those movies prior to, say, 1970.
One of those is It’s a Wonderful Life. We respond to it because it reflects our values.
Like many of you, I just recently watched it, with a new appreciation.
A couple days ago, I read Letsfixstuff.org “Bedford Falls or Pottersville? YourChoice”
Also, last Wednesday, the very astute author of that piece talked about it when he hosted the Bob Dutko Show.
I had already commented on his article before I heard him do so on that show, but I had already asked him to come on this show to talk about it. And he graciously agreed to.
Please welcome Patrick Colbeck, former State Senator, author, rocket scientist, political agitator, talk show host, star witness, guest on the Lou Dobbs show, and most importantly, friend of the show. Hi Pat.

George Bailey was not a saint. He had an ugly side to him, when he tore into Uncle Billy or the teacher. He could be selfish, but he generally overcame it.
The scene at the train station where the close up shows his hopes dashed, but then his face changes as he determines to support his brother’s dreams.
The salient point of the movie is that it literally opens with a community praying.
And their, and George’s, prayers are answered in a most unexpected manner. And ends in thankfulness for the answer to this prayer.

Potter was an Oligarch, Bailey a small businessman.

America is at a similar desperate crossroad.
Will we pray? Will you vote in the election God prefers? Will you demonstrate your care to Him?

Georgia Prayer March: A Date With Destiny

On Jan 6^th, the joint session of Congress, presided by Mike Pence, will vote on accepting the electoral votes. Pence will count the votes. Will he use a dominion machine? Will it generate more votes than electors?
This process is generated by Article 12, but regulated by law, a law many consider unconstitutional.
Louis Gohmert sued to find this law unconstitutional, but the DOJ, and most importantly, Pence, sought to have the judge deny the petition. And a judge agreed to dismiss the suit. It seems Pence will not reject the electoral votes unilaterally.  Sad. Cowardly?
However, the Constitution, as many of you know, allows for a challenge by a rep and a senator, of which we have one each, minimum.
In 2005, Barbara Boxer tried a challenge. The house voted by individual representatives, not state legislations. The House voted 267 to 31 against the challenge. In the Senate, where the vote was 74 to 1, Mrs. Boxer stood alone. So the count is by Rep, not state delegation..

For Trump to win, every Republican senator and representative would have to vote to support him, and a few Dem reps would have to
       A. Support him
       B. Abstain
       C. Be absent, presumably due to illness (I’d expect Covid).
So, pray we must.
To have faith in the system would be folly. Think Romney would support? Thune? Others?

To have faith in God would be wisdom. He can move on our behalf. If you think not, consider my son’s friend Stacy, sent home to die with multiple stage 4 cancer a couple months ago. We prayed. She’s on vacation now, in remission, enjoying the new life God has given her.
But God doesn't always answer our prayer the way we hope, but the way he wants.

Resistance!

I recently visited Florida, and while Scherie and I were driving there for Christmas, there were numerous places we stopped where we would (get this!) go inside, sit down, and a complete stranger would walk up and ask us what we wanted to eat! And then brought it to us!
Returning from Florida, we stopped at a coffee shop in Ohio and I walked in and was ordering when the manager tried to hand me a mask.
I said, "You're wearing a mask and we are separated by a sheet of plexiglass. You should be OK".
She kept holding out the mask, and I asked, "You want to sell me a coffee or not?".
She said something else and I said "I don't hold your superstitious belief that a flimsy piece of paper on my mouth will prevent either of us from contracting a virus. You don't want to sell me the coffee?".
She sold me the coffee and we were friendly after that.

We must resist.
We have limited opportunity to express our opposition on a daily basis.
One is to not conform to the best of our abilities.
The virus is real. The use of the virus is an oppression of our liberty and freedoms and most importantly, our rights.
Are you told not to congregate? Congregate!
Are you told to wear a mask which has no proven efficacy? Take it off!
Be willing to be seen not bowing to the oppression.
This will encourage others or bring you scorn or both.
If you let the scorn of others dictate to you, you are not exactly Valley Forge material.

Well, there are two major, intertwined threads that are influencing our lives these days, threatening our basic liberties and rights on a scale imagined only by George Orwell and George Soros.
Covid Fraud and Voter Fraud. And now it seems that besides China instigating Covid, it has a huge hand in the election fraud, and the first paved the way for the second.
There’s one guy I know who has been on both threats, and that’s our guest today,
William M. Briggs. the Statistician to the Stars!, is an author, philosopher and scientist.
He earned his PhD from Cornell University in statistics.
He studies the philosophy of science, the use and misuses of uncertainty, the corruption of science, and the uselessness of most predictions. Why only 200 vote frauds?
Michigan State Police have arrested a recently celebrated Democratic Party official on several felony charges related to voter discrepancies. Sherikia Hawkins, 38, city clerk for the city of Southfield, was arrested Monday after the Oakland County Clerk’s office noticed discrepancies in voter counts while certifying absentee ballots from Southfield. State police investigated and found that records had been altered so that nearly 200 voter files were improperly listed as invalid.

Trump lost Wisconsin by 20,000 votes.
There was a recount and Biden gained about 100 more votes.
But as James Troupis points out, more than 200,000 votes were tainted.

It’s getting ridiculous.
I plan a show and Friday night something always seem to happen. Justices die, SCOTUS rules, Governors dictate.
Throws off my whole show plan. It’s all about me.
Last night brought a great disappointment.
But I awoke this morning to a thought: “God is still on the throne.”
Now, you may not be a Christian, or even a religious person, and to that I say: “God is still on the throne.”

There’s a scene in The Lord of the Rings at the end where all appears lost for the good in the face of the forces of evil.
I read voices on the internet that say that all is lost. The Republic is doomed. We’ve lost.
I say to you: Maybe you have lost. I have not. “God is still on the throne.”
Why give up now? So you can give up hope and not get hurt again?
So you can rest from the battle?

Remember, behind that battle waged by men and monsters, a spiritual battle raged.
Frodo and Sam strove to destroy the Ring.
What small battle is in the background now that will result in our victory?

And if we lose a battle? Remember the words of Mal in Firefly:

Pray for the Republic. Father move by your great hand. Rescue your people.

I sometimes feel like we are in a game show.
The Supremes: “Please phrase your answer in the form of a question.”  “You didn’t say ‘Mother, may I?'”

We asked for originalists and we got some that said, “we are staying in the confines of the rules”, which appears to be what we wanted of them. Were Alito and Thomas the activists?
I’ll take activism in defense of the republic at this point.

President Donald Trump’s legal team is planning on filing retooled lawsuits, his lawyer said Saturday.

Giulianni: “We move immediately, seamlessly, to plan B, which is to bring lawsuits now in each one of the states. We had them ready. They’re just a version of the one that was brought in the Supreme Court. So last night, the president made the decision,”
“If the state doesn’t have standing, surely the president of the United States has standing. And certainly the electors in the states have standing. So they will be bringing those very cases right in those courts, starting today,” Giuliani said. “And let’s see what excuse they can try to use to avoid having a hearing on that.”

 Will Biden even make the inauguration? Will Kamala be sworn in instead?

Can a case be made that if Biden carried Harris into office, his removal represents electoral fraud?
That he misrepresented his eligibility for office.

Can a Biden Grand Jury invalidate his electoral college votes?
Who do you have to pay to get standing in SCOTUS?

China/ Swallwell. Fang Fang, Chinese students? Guilt by association?
Feinstein and her Chinese staff and interests.

Internment camps? Chinese students? Not all are agents, but many are.
Gun range incident.

The economy is in peril. Small business is dying. Is it any coincidence that small businesses typically support conservatives, unlike pot shops and abortion clinics and big box store corporations?

Today’s show is gonna be different and I don’t know how it’s going to work out.
So let’s pray about it.

PRAYER

Five things I want to tell you.
1: President Trump issued an executive order after the previous election that would punish any foreign interests that try to influence our elections. Their assets can be blocked among other things.

2: Dominion Voting Systems was bought by Chinese interests in October. Are they eligible?

3: SCOTUS rules for churches. Twice. States can't forbid worship.

4: 43 million evangelicals voted Trump. They turned out.

5: Jeffrey Epstein didn’t kill himself.

I could play audio clips of testimony and recite facts and figures about the attempted theft of our election victory.
You’ve probably heard them anyway. And it’s hard to have an update when national pundits I follow are having a hard time keeping up.
The thrust of this show has been altered from when we first envisioned it.
It has taken on the question of “How are we to respond to the threat to our liberty and our religious freedom?”.

I try to have good guests. Guests that bring things to you. And if you have good guests, you have less show prep to do.
Today I have a plethora of great guests.
Let’s see how we manage.

I was in Church Wednesday night and Ken, the Teacher and sheep wrangler asked for prayer requests.
I asked for prayer for our president and our nation.
Prayer requests get distributed among the attendees and Pastor Pat Steele was in attendance, and he offered to pray for my request.

I have a number of things I want to say about the election, but I’m going to have to save that for the second half of the show. Last night I had my son and grandkids over for dinner. We had takeout from Big Sky Diner and they loved it.

My original intent was to co-host this show with Professor William Wagner of Salt and Light Global and the Great Lakes Justice Center. After a bit of discussion, Bill decided he could not commit to the time constraints of a weekly show.

That organization speaks to and has the same concerns I do, and I bet you do also.

Defending our culture and our rights. Support them financially.

My wife and I decided to continue and do the show regardless. It’s our mission, similar to theirs.

And once when I asked Professor Wagner to come on and comment about a legal issue regarding Covid/Gretchen, he said he was busy and suggested David Kallman of the same organizations.

I told my son who my guest would be today, and he said something that had occurred to me earlier in the day:

“You should rename the show, the David Kallman Show”.

Dave has been representing the complainants concerning the “election irregularities”. That’s a euphemism for fraud.

I was thrilled to see him recently on Lou Dodds and with Shannon Breem on Fox Business.

I contacted Dave and asked him to come on make it clear to us what was going on and he kindly agreed to decline doing the Tucker Carlson show and appear here instead.

From our source: The US government, once they determined that this Dominion server was involved in switching votes, then the intelligence community began a search for the server and discovered that the server was in Germany. In order to get access to that server and have it available for use in a legal manner they had to have the State Department work in tandem with the Department of Justice. They had to request that the government of Germany cooperate in allowing this seizure of this server.

The appropriate documents required to affect that kind of seizure were put in place, signed off on, and it appears there was also US military support in this operation. The US military was not in the lead. But this helps explain why Esper was fired and Miller and Kash Patel were put in place — so that the military would not interfere with the operation in any way.

The Constitution states that state legislatures determine the method of selection of electors.

The State legislature of Pa allowed mail in voting with the provision that votes be in by 8pm>

The governor extended it and a state court ruled for him. The SCOTUS refused the case.
