At first I talk to prominent attorney David Kallman about his ongoing legal battles with Gretchen Whitmer, governess (dominatrix) of Michigan about the update to last weeks discussion.
Then, a short history of Mar-a-Lago.
Not a bad show, informative as usual, but not the show I expected.
"Poking us." Perfect illustration. I've posted exactly that, with less eloquence. Flushing out the opposition. Getting raw meat for media fodder and to make more excuses for trampling on the the law.
ReplyDeleteThat Post-to-Lago story - I love those history connections.
The American "revolution" was actually a restoration of the principles of the Glorious Revolution of 1688 that they believed the government of England was walking away from. They kept referencing concepts that were codified in the establishment of the right Protestant William and Mary - the same concepts under which the colonists had set up their governance and expectations which they had lived under for 3 generations.
Win, lose, or draw, God will give us His best, in His time. I pray it is our country back. In 2 Kings 7:1 Elisha pronounced during a bad famine that "About this time tomorrow at the gate of Samaria, a seah of fine flour will sell for a shekel, and two seahs of barley will sell for a shekel." That's cheap, not a famine price. But they did! "The Lord had caused the Arameans to hear the sound of chariots and horses and a great army, so that they said to one another, “Look, the king of Israel has hired the Hittite and Egyptian kings to attack us!” And they fled leaving tons of food and goods behind. That's drama I can get behind.

DeleteI gotta tell ya, I enjoyed doing the Mar-A-Lago piece.
Thanks!
The Left may find that (rather than poking the brother in the back seat) they have been poking the bear. All America is not Christian America and not all are as forgiving as true Christians.
ReplyDeleteThat's the "Boy, that got ugly!" point, eh?
