A security guard at our local pet food store came from Chicago. He told me when he was a young 'un his parents went to vote and when they came home his mother bragged "look what the precinct captain gave us" and held up two 5-dollar bills - a handsome sum in the 60's. Yep. All Democrats. I told him "they call that walkin' around money."
