A Constitutional Challenge

There have been a slew of "Public Referendums" in various states since the Supreme Court struck down Roe v Wade to promote abortion and more.
Here in Michigan, we saw one of the first of those efforts, Proposition 3.
Of course, this wasn't just an effort to keep abortion "safe and legal", it was a "get out the vote" drive for the Democrat Marxists.
As such, it was highly successful.
Some clerk leaked the decision the SCOTUS was likely to make, never got prosecuted for it, and ignited the efforts of the left to reverse the victory at the state level while the Pro-Life forces were still sweeping up the ticker tape from the parade.

Prop 3 in Michigan was much more than a pro-abortion effort.
It opened the door for all reproductive issues to be off-limits to regulation.
In this state, anyone can perform an abortion anywhere.

Can't afford Planned Parenthood (Abortions R Us)?
Sally down the alley has a coat hanger.

That kid popping out of the womb inconvenient? Wrong sex? Wrong color (hair, even)?
Kill it.

Your kid gets coerced by zer teacher(s) to change their pronouns and get drastic surgery?
Stay out of this mom! None of your business, dad!

Pro-Life forces have come up with a plan to combat this on Constitutional grounds, and it looks promising.

I talk to Constitutional Professor William Wagner, former federal prosecutor and judge about the effort he's involved in.

Then we go on to discuss other cases currently before SCOTUS.

  1. Looks like the practice of "ballot chasing" (where a group organizes and sends individuals out to dormant voters that might be convinced on a topic) might be the route for Michaganders. I have heard that Turning Point Action has hired about a hundred ballot chasers for the next election.

  2. We have become a den of vipers. I pray daily but I really don't see much hope for us anymore. The UniParty just gave 95+ Billion of our money in kickbacks to the Ukraine. There's so much avarice they don't even try to hide it anymore. I'm still shaking my head in disbelief over this.

    2. The Uniparty also drained 23 trillion out of treasury off the books.
