Whose Children Are They?

My guest is Kimberly Ells, a researcher on family policy who has spoken at the United Nations and around the country on international threats to children and the family. Kimberly wrote The Invincible Family: Why the Global Campaign to Crush Motherhood and Fatherhood Can't Win and it has just come out in paperback this week.

She also had an article published in The Daily Wire: The World Bank Wants You To Surrender Your Children To A Global Childcare Regime and it speaks to the dangers we face from the regime.

We talked about both.

  1. "They", the devil's agents, truly want to destroy the family. They should not be allowed to win. Good interview.

  2. Excellent guest - a 21st century Phyllis Schlafly. Her job is a lot harder with all the chaff blown out at gender roles today. I kept thinking how awful to camp out with UN types. She deserves a medal for that!

Interesting discussion on men and children in the family. Good insights. Good interview.

Marx. Yes. He called for the "abolition of the family" and the Soviets tried it. (And they went from "free sex" and wholesale abortion to .... uh-oh, we need population, and that turned on a dime.) The Chicoms tried a variation. Marx loved Mephistopheles, and his favorite line: everything that exists deserves to perish. So we spend the whole 20th century and onward discussing and batting down one Marxist effort after another. (Marx also said "Communism begins where atheism begins.") No surprise they all follow the pattern set by the "rulers of the earth" against the Lord in Psalm 2. They say "Let us burst their bonds apart and cast away their cords from us.” What are those bonds and cords? What God said should be. "Iffin God said it, we're agin' it." Kinda like Trump haters. It's bondage to them, but delight to us. That makes your opening prayer exactly what is needed.

The fact that they are trying to lever child rearing away from parents as being unproductive puts a lie to their action. It's proof they value exceedingly rearing children. So now the question is: why do THEY want it so much? She's right. They want to sever mom and dad's power. I once heard an Israeli critic of the kibbutz system say "those kids don't learn to think critically or independently, but they make damn good soldiers."

  3. I can tell you and Hillary Clinton this: it doesn't take a village to raise a kid. It takes a strong family.

    1. I meant to end that comment with "Good interview." Sorry for the slip.
